These questions are from the last series we completed in Sunday School on life’s earthquakes, and they got me thinking. It’s really hard isn’t it, balancing being a mom, a wife, a friend, an employee, a sister, a daughter, and the many other roles we find ourselves fulfilling every day, even without the unexpected earthquakes that pop up along the way? What seems to be even harder is to find a moment to squeeze in a prayer, much less real time in God’s word. We know what we should do, but finding the time to do it and process it is often a challenge.
I would really like to start a Bible study for the girls only. I know that our time is precious and another thing is difficult to squeeze into our schedules, but I firmly believe that we can offer something to each other through sharing our faith & fumbles with each other in Bible Study, prayer, & fellowship. I was thinking once or twice a month, starting around 7:00 to allow us to take care of bellies and baths, leaving Daddies only bedtimes to handle. We could do it at a different house everytime or find a host house for each time, and maybe rotate on snacks or desserts each time. The night would be whatever fit the schedule of the majority. And of course, this is open to anyone, not just the ladies of the iLife Class.

I definitely want us to start a Bible study! I think that is something we all need and could definitely benefit from. I would be willing to host the first one at my house and then we can discuss how we want to go from there. I hope everyone is as excited as I am!!
I would love to participate in a Bible study. I think rotating houses would be great, too. The only night I can’t do it is Thursday because Billy has class. I’m excited!
I would love to do a Bible study. That is a great idea, and would be very helpful to me. I’m happy to host, too, just don’t want to lead it.

I think this is a great idea. It would be nice to be able to get together in a more casual setting, outside of church.
I think this would be very beneficial to us. I am with Nikki…happy to host but don’t want to lead.
